FAQ
Investor questions
Direct answers to the questions investors ask before a call. Nothing here is an offer. Any offer is made only by means of a confidential Private Placement Memorandum.
What qualifies me as an accredited investor?
An accredited investor meets SEC income, net worth, or professional credential thresholds. Checking a box on this website is not Rule 506(c) verification. Verification is a separate process before any investor is admitted.
How are distributions paid?
The manager expects to make distributions monthly where practicable, subject to available cash, expenses, and manager prudence. Distributions are not guaranteed.
What is the minimum investment?
The stated minimum investment is $50,000. Annual targeted preferred-return tiers are:
- $50,000–$74,999: 10.50%
- $75,000–$149,999: 10.75%
- $150,000 or more: 12.00%
Preferred return is calculated as simple interest and does not compound. Monthly distributions depend on available distributable cash and the Manager's determination that a distribution is prudent. Returns and distributions are not guaranteed. The current definitive offering documents control.
Where can I review fund documents?
Offering documents are provided only through the approved investor process after preliminary qualification. Checking a website form is not accreditation verification. Any offer is made only by means of a confidential Private Placement Memorandum.
Am I investing in a specific house?
No. Investors acquire an interest in the Fund issued by ACP Management Partners LLC, not a direct interest in any property. Illustrative homes on this site are not Fund performance.
What is the difference between a fund and a syndication?
A syndication is usually a raise around a known deal. A fund is usually a pooled vehicle that deploys across a strategy. Compare concentration, documents, and sponsor incentives. Read the educational comparison in Resources.
