Ascend Capital Partners takes the security and privacy of prospective investor and investor information seriously.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information collected through our website, investor qualification process, scheduling tools, communications, document workflows, and investor systems.

No website, communication method, or information storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Ascend therefore cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss will never occur.

Secure Transmission

Ascend controlled website pages use HTTPS encryption to protect information transmitted between your browser and the website.

Ordinary email and text messages may not be secure. Do not send Social Security numbers, tax returns, bank statements, brokerage statements, account credentials, accreditation evidence, or other sensitive financial documents through ordinary email, text message, or an unrestricted website form.

When sensitive documentation is required, Ascend or one of its authorized service providers will direct you to an appropriate secure submission method.

Access Controls

Access to nonpublic personal information is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who require the information for legitimate business, investor relations, operational, legal, security, or compliance purposes.

Ascend uses authentication, permission controls, and internal access procedures designed to limit unauthorized access to systems containing investor or prospective investor information.

Ascend uses service providers to support portions of its technology and investor operations. These providers may include:

• Investor portal and document providers
• Scheduling and communication systems
• Customer relationship management systems
• Accreditation verification providers
• Identity verification and compliance providers
• Electronic signature providers
• Fund administration, escrow, and payment providers
• Analytics and security providers

Each provider controls its own systems and maintains its own privacy and security practices. Information submitted directly through a third party platform may also be governed by that provider’s terms, privacy policy, and security procedures.

Investor Portals and Restricted Materials

Access to restricted investor materials may require authentication, investor qualification, accreditation verification, or other compliance procedures.

Credentials are personal to the authorized user. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords, authentication methods, devices, and account information.

Ascend will never ask you to provide your password by email or text message.

Accreditation Information

The offering conducted by ACP Management Partners LLC is available only to verified accredited investors.

Accreditation verification may require financial or professional documentation. Ascend may use an authorized third party provider to conduct this verification.

Prospective investors should submit accreditation documentation only through the secure process provided for that purpose. Self-attestation on this website is not Rule 506(c) verification.

Your Responsibilities

You can help protect your information by:

• Using strong and unique passwords
• Protecting access to your email and mobile devices
• Reviewing links before opening them
• Confirming payment or wiring instructions directly with an authorized Ascend representative
• Reporting suspicious communications or account activity promptly

Ascend will not be responsible for losses caused by a user sharing credentials, failing to protect an account, or relying on fraudulent instructions that were not issued by an authorized Ascend representative.
